Katie & Matt

This weekend Katie & Matt were married at The always gorgeous venue, The Fern Bank Museum. The colors were a rich brown and blue with green accents. They are an incredible couple. They told me they had been to so may weddings together that it helped them narrow down very quickly what they wanted for their own wedding. They wanted it to be unique and fun! They were able to capture their creative spirits and love for music and share this with their family and friends through so many special little details...CD favors with Ticket Master ticket place cards, Dodgers and Braves seating for the ceremony, a low-country menu and Karaoke at the end of the evening.

I had the opportunity to work with some worderful vendors. The always fabulous, Carla Duncan of On Occassions of Atlanta provided the gorgeous floral arrangements. Tripp West with Liquid Mind Productions was the DJ. This was my first opportunity to work with Bold American Catering and they did an amazing job...the food, service and management were all well above expectations. Pretty Cakes by Meg did the beautiful chocolate wedding cake.

At the last minute we made a bit of a scramble when their photographers, friends who were supposed to be coming out from california, were unable to make the trip for medical reasons. I contacted Katie and Chris Torres with 6 of Four Creations . They do incredible work and have an amazing eye for the intimate and artistic details, which I knew was perfect or this wedding! They were available and after meeting with Katie and Matt were thrilled to be doing te wedding! So, the week before the wedding we put that minor crises to bed and these were the beautiful results....

Her dress was stunning...one of the most unique designs I have ever seen and made just for her, it fit her so perfectly. She found her dress at Pricilla of Boston
